All first courses take place at our Gosforth venue.
Move-on classes are at Seghill.
We move to Seghill for more advanced training because the floor is less slippery and the venue is bigger and better for more active training than we do with newbies.
Please note: GPS has proved unreliable to both venues.
The Institute
(Near Cramlington & Seaton Delaval)
On the main road (A190), between the Spine Road (A189) and Seaton Delaval, next to the Pelican (traffic light) crossing and opposite some shops. Access to the hall is up a small flight of stairs by the parking spaces at the side of the building. You may have to knock as the door is a fire exit and only opens from the inside.
