Please don’t leave your booking until the last minute!  Our limited numbers policy means that courses do fill up

Complete Puppy or Companion or Move-on form.

Our Web Store uses Secure Paypal.  You can finalise your booking by using your Paypal account or using Paypal's credit card facility.

Cookies need to be enabled to book online (this is the case for many web stores).  Click here if you'd like help on how to do this.

Or

2.      Credit/debit card by email & phone.

Send your booking details by email.  For security, please do not send card details by email.  Phone with card details: name on card, card number, expiry date, is it Visa or Mastercard?  Email: posipup@btinternet.com Phone: 0191 266 3426.

3.      Credit/debit card by phone.

Let us know your booking details by phone or leave an ansaphone message.  The ansaphone is secure for card details. Phone: 0191 266 3426.

4.      By post.

Return booking form with cheque or credit card details.  Needs Adobe, if you haven't got that, go here:

5.      By visiting class.

Bring booking form along to class.  Payments can be made by cash, cheque or card.  Please leave your dog at home or in the car when visiting.

We’ll write or email to confirm your booking and send out any extras ordered.  If you don’t hear within five working days, please phone/email.

Puppies .  We’ll work out the best start date (as soon as your vet says puppy can come) unless it isn’t possible for you to make a particular class.

Visitors are always welcome.  We advise you to "look before you book" whenever seeking training from us or from any training class.  Please leave your dog at home or in the car when visiting.

Advance payment we ask for this because of our limited numbers policy and are sorry we can’t finalise and confirm bookings without payment.

Refunds are available for cancellations made seven days in advance of your course starting.

• Card expiry date.
• Three digit security number on the back of the card.  (ie 000 123, it's the 123 we need)
